I need someone who can be dynamic, have a range of ways to explain and have patience at the same time.

I would like to have a initial video assessment ,where we all meet and discuss the plan and activities depending on the subject.

They need to be able to organise and structure the lessons in a way so at the end the student to have exelante understanding and have practice questions ready.
Revision and practice at the same time. I would appreciate if the lesson is 60 min and is not interapred by bad internet or Alisa
spending time reading or writing a paragraph in silence , where this could be done after a lesson is done and all toppings in the lesson are well explained and understood Alisa was unable to understand the subject online last year due to unusual circumstances and that has created unnecessary stress and anxiety.

About Alisa personality:
Alisa is involved with music a lot, she has a YouTube channel under her name ,she is a great kitesurfer and snowboard lover.
She loves tennis , skiing ,diving and cooking.

Availability: Alisa is available after 17.30 every day and we can do one lesson over the weekend
