Information about George

I am an MA graduate holding degrees in Philosophy and English literature respectively, and am committed to helping students achieve their full potential through engaging a holistic approach to academic development. I am proficient at maths and science subjects to A-Level standards, and also have considerable drama/acting experience. Central to my approach is an emphasis on the importance of listening and responding to the individual needs of students, and my enthusiastic approach to subject content and exam style has been received very well by my students. It is my view that ticking the boxes is necessary for success in exams, but a real education comes from learning to think critically and communicate complex ideas with nuance and style.
