Summary: I am a native English speaker with ten years` of tutoring experience. I specialise in the Humanities, English Language learning for non-native speakers, and teaching students with special educational needs, particularly dyslexia and dyspraxia. However, I have taught every subject at some point!

My students: I tend to focus on teenage & adult learners. However, I am willing to take on younger students after discussion with the parents although it is more difficult in an online environment! If you are looking for some extra help with a humanities subject, or you`re a student looking to improve their writing skills for their upcoming exams, or a non-native speaker working in an international environment where English is required, then I can help you.


My style: My lessons focus on my student’s needs and goals, so that the materials are engaging and relevant to them. My style is fun, practical and usually informal. The trick for me is to make the lessons fun, so that students look forward to them, and implement a clear system to display progress along the way.

Experience: Qualifications: I am TEFL certified, with a cum laude (distinction) Master`s in International Relations, a published author and ghost writer of two books. Professionally I have a background in public affairs and corporate communications - but my lessons are definitely not corporate or tedious!
