I am a friendly, supportive and patient maths and accounting specialist tutor with over 10 years and 1000 hours of experience tutoring. I have worked for many leading tutoring companies and developed successful methods to ensure students achieve their goals.

Students are given tailored lessons and complimentary homework after an initial progress assessment. Many tutors focus too much on theory and too little on exam question practice. I focus on teaching theory using exam questions to ensure students get the best of both worlds and perform well in exams. I am able to make tuition fun and enjoyable for students as I have excellent interpersonal skills and I am highly relatable. All students have met or exceeded their target grade.

Experience: I have an extensive knowledge of maths having achieved an A* in A Level and GCSE Further Mathematics. I achieved 1st class honours in all 3 years and for my dissertation focused on stock market analysis whilst studying for my BSc Financial Economics degree. I was included in The Dean’s List of Excellence in consecutive years for my results at university. I am a highly knowledgeable accountant as I have completed the Level 7 Accountancy/Taxation Professional Qualification. I successfully completed all exams for the ACA qualification issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, with a 71% average paper mark. The ACA qualification is the highest level accountancy qualification attainable in the UK. I completed these exams whilst working for a Big 4 accountancy/professional services firm and have had experience working in the finance department of a global corporation with over £4 billion revenue. These qualifications are the equivalent of a master’s degree and are highly mathematical in content. I am also a certified business finance professional.
