Information about Huw
I taught secondary school science for several years and am also an experienced private tutor. I currently work as a College tutor and private tutor. I received a PhD in molecular biology from the Cardiff Medical School and a PGCE from Durham University. I specialise in Science and Maths at GCSE and Biology and Chemistry at A level. I understand and am compassionate with the needs and s of struggling students, and am effective at developing the potential of more advanced students. I tutor effectively across the whole spectrum of student confidence and ability levels.
I am available to teach in person or online via a number of interactive programmes.
Availability: 4-7 Monday to Friday

Huw has been very easy to contact and to arrange lessons with. My son has already noticed a big difference. Huw is very knowledgable and he is very skilled to explain the material and answer any questions, really passionate about biology. All in all he is an excellent tutor that we highly recommend.
