Hello!
My name is Heena.
I have been a teacher for more than 5 years. I really enjoy teaching English and Maths.
I am available to do 1:1 tutoring in person. Also, due to COVID, I am willing to do online tutoring as well.
My aim is to ensure children make progress by having high, achievable expectations whilst they still enjoy learning.
As well as tutoring, I am willing to offer homework help where I would support your child`s learning through the school work that has been given. This allows consistency between school and home learning.
Availability: I am available from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm on a Saturday.
Then on Sunday, I am available from 9 am to 2 pm.
Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: I have been teaching for over 8 years and I have had experience in teaching children in Early Years and Key Stage 1. Also, I have had experience tutoring a few children within a tutoring centre where the children are 5 to 8 years old. I am experienced in teaching Phonics by ensuring the lessons have the same structure.
