I am a trainee solicitor working in a central London law firm in the Education and Charities department. I hold an first class English Literature degree from the University of St Andrews, a Graduate Diploma in Law, Legal Practice Course qualification, and a masters in Professional Legal Practice (graduating with a distinction).

I am available to tutor both Law and English at degree level. My legal experience includes working as a legal technology consultant at HSBC and as a paralegal at a venture capital firm, therefore I have a thorough understanding of how the law applies in practice. I can help with LPC tutoring, covering subjects such as Business Law in Practice, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Employment and M & A. I can also help with interview coaching, training contract applications and preparing for an assessment day.

I tutor English Literature at degree level. My dissertation was on Shakespeare`s tragedies, for which I achieved a first class grade. I am comfortable teaching Shakespeare`s plays: Macbeth, Othello, King Lear, Anthony and Cleopatra, a Midsummer Night`s Dream and Richard II. I can also tutor in Victorian literature (Bronte, Charles Dickens etc), Thomas Hardy, Virginia Woolf, as well as more modern texts such as 1984 by George Orwell and general literary theory.

Availability: I am available all day Mondays, evenings and weekends.
