Having recently graduated from Oxford University with a MChem, I have now turned my focus to spreading my passion for maths and science to young learners. I currently offer one-to-one and group tuition at numberprep in Amersham. I have a relaxed approach and realise that it is important to find the right formula for each student. I have a wide range of resources on hand to tailor each lesson to meet the requirements of the tutee and am happy to go back to basics when the need arises.

Experience: In addition to my degree, I have 7 A-levels and am able to cover all ages and ability levels. I focus on instilling confidence in students by starting with the fundamentals in each subject. I can help them be exam ready or simply help them remove the barriers they may have to learning maths and science. I set revision work to be done outside of sessions and will not move on to the next topic until I am confident they are secure in their knowledge of the existing area of study.
I have a strong educational background and relevant work experience. This enables me to demonstrate to students how mathematics and science can be applied to real life scenarios. This approach often sparks a new found interest in the subject.
