Information about Ali

My name is . I am 31 years old. I am a Mechanical Engineer with Masters in Thermo-Fluids. I specialise in Mathematics, Physics, Applied and Material Science Subjects.

I had a wealth of experience tutoring students of varying abilities and ages across 11+, 13+, GCSE, A-Level courses, and University level courses of undergraduate and graduate students. To date, all of my 11+ and 13+ and university tutees have been successful in gaining entrance to one of their chosen schools and institutions. On a one-to-one and small group basis, I create bespoke sessions to engage, inspire, and challenge his tutees.

I Believe that Engineering has the power to transport someone into a world of ideas and innovation and I am passionate about enabling students to find this power within them. While achieving results is my primary aim, I hope no student leaves me without having been inspired by the new ideas of physics. Learning should and can always be an enjoyable, and exciting experience.

As a Lecturer in Department in Mechanical Engineering at Quaid-e-Azam College of Engineering & Technology Sahiwal Pakistan, I had proven success in raising Engineering subjects results at all key stages including CNC, CAD/CAM and Basic Machining Subjects and Mechanics of Materials and manufacturing subjects. Both my teaching and department are consistently rated `Outstanding` by internal and external reviewers. I have been involved in research publications in the field of Heat Transfer and Thermodynamics of Solar Air Heaters and published research articles in the Journal of Thermal Engineering Elsevier in 2019 and currently working on manufacturing field research publication for the same journal. As a certified Assessor and master trainer, I had specialist knowledge of the new curriculum of Washington Accord and Sydney Accord requirements. I am a writer of vision and mission of engineering college where I had spent my 7 years of teaching in different Educational Institutions.

My method of teaching is student-teacher friendly environment, I believe in a method that if i can provide a friendly environment to the student than they will feel comfortable in interacting and asking their problems and to solve the solution. Due to this method students learn more appropriately according to my experience. My teaching strategy is actually a student teacher mutually understanding. I can draw an environment suitable for the practical scenario of the problem and then starts explaining and solving the problems with the complete interest of students. Because I believe if students are involved deeply in the problems then it will be an interesting experience of understanding.

I do not believe in improving only grades of students but also to help them understand the subject so that they are able to apply their knowledge to solve real world problems. I believe in preparing my students to face the real world. I aim to expand their spectrum of thinking by relating their knowledge with examples from the real world. In this way, they develop an interest that in future, they would be able to use the knowledge they are learning now.

Furthermore, I also taught Maths to GCSE and year eight classes tution both face to face as well as online in the UK. I was also an A-Levels Level 5 Diplomas curriculum developer in Pakistan. I have the experience of setting up the exam papers and curriculum development.

I believe that Engineering is a problem solving science and, therefore, I try my best to solve the problems that my students have. I always find the objective that a student wants to achieve first and then I work very hard to achieve it. I also give my 100% effort to students to make sure that they are doing well in studies. For this purpose, regular home work and constructive feedback are also provided. The students who I taught made significant progress in their studies and obtained excellent grades in their exams.I provide a constructive environment to students by implementing practical life and engineering applications of concepts
