I am a French-speaking primary teacher from Switzerland. I also have a Montessori (3 to 6) diploma and a Bachelor degree in English Literature and Journalism.

French as a foreign language
In my belief, learning a new language implies an emotional aspect which cannot be dismissed. It is through exposure to the culture (songs, movies, books) that the learner can develop a love for the language. My aim is to help students overcome their fear of speaking a new language (which is also absolutely understandable and legitimate !) by adapting my teaching according to their personal interest.

Experience: I have been teaching French in London for a year now. I am involved in private tutoring as well as teaching older learners for a charity, which provides support and a wide range of activities to people over 50 in London.

I have previously been teaching in primary and Montessori schools for eight years (from 4 to 12 year old children) in Switzerland. My passion for teaching started with my Montessori training, which I did in India. I have then completed my teacher`s training in Switzerland, allowing me to use a wide range of didactic tools and pedagogies in my teaching method.
