Information about Andrew
I`m a young teacher who`s passionate about getting students the best possible results. I`ve been described by students, parents and colleagues as likeable and clear with my explanations.
I will be more than happy to refer you to any number of my former students, or to show you their written responses to my leaving their school or their results. I`d like to think there is no better source than the students/parents who have met me and they are universally positive (to the extent that I would be willing for you to pick a student at random from any class I have taught in the past three years, provided I can get in touch with them).
Availability: Monday, Tuesday or Thursday evenings. Weekends are possible, but would be on a more ad-hoc basis. Holidays are as weekends, and can be agreed through any conversation.
Willing to travel: 3 miles
Experience: I have been a maths teacher for six years and in 4 different schools. I have taught Higher GCSE four times, Further Maths GCSE twice and the full A-Level course twice.
My record of getting students top results is exceptional; in the past three years, I have taught three GCSE classes, all of whom have scored A/8 or higher. The A-Level class I have taught secured 100% Grade C or higher and over half of the students achieved Grade A or higher.
