I`m young and enthusiastic and know how to relate to a range of ages. Working with the youth at my church has taught me the importance of being able to relate and come down or up to level of who I`m communicating with. I believe a child`s brilliance has nothing to do with their IQ, or natural talents. For me, its all about effort. What you put in is what you get out, and getting the child`s buy-in to see the value of putting time into their studies is my goal, and ultimately the rest will work itself out.
