Unreliable. Connor cancelled the first two tutor sessions due to illness. The following week tutor session he didnt have the decency to turn up or cancel, even after I had left voicemails & texts to find out what was happening. Very disappointing a wasted three weeks of education for my son
Tutors Response :
Good afternoon Mandy.
I am disappointed that you were unhappy with your experience. I apologise for being ill but I did give you notice regarding this illness and I ended up in hospital as a result of the illness in question and this is why I did not attend tutoring. I do apologise that I did not return your calls but that would be quite difficult to do when heavily sedated in hospital. In addition, your text messages became quite aggressive in nature and so I didn`t reply. I wish Jack success in the future and I hope you are more compassionate when/if a tutor is very ill in the future.
Best,
Connor.

Always on time and well organised. Our son will often avoid the tak at hand if he can but Connor has an ability to get him to concentrate an engage - no easy skill! As a result he is already making progress in shaping his ideas and mobilising his point. All in all excellent.
