I am an approachable, dedicated, and caring person who has taught English as a foreign language for many years. During my time working in schools, I produced my own differentiated material to support students who have English as a second language, or SEN (Special Educational Needs) students, with their curriculum. I take pride in my work and find teaching particularly rewarding, whether that`s within a school environment or my private tuition. From spending part of my life living in Portugal I have learnt the language and still welcome the opportunity to use it.

Availability: Monday to Fridays - Mornings, Afternoons, and Evenings.
Saturday Mornings.

Experience: I am an experienced and accredited teacher of English as a Second Language. I have worked with students and adults of all abilities to help improve their level of English - both spoken and written. I have worked in many secondary schools supporting students in KS3 and KS4 to access the curriculum and prepare for exams.

I also spent a short time working in a primary school, assisting in the classroom and leading small groups supporting students develop their literacy skills.
