I have lived in Brighton for 13 years, having attended University here and settling afterwards. I have been married for 2 years, and I enjoy spending my time with family, taking trips to Europe together with my husband. I would describe myself as a creative person; I worked as a journalist and stylist for a number of years at a broad range of interior magazines, and design continues to be a huge hobby in my spare time.

Availability: I am available weekdays and weekends, with differing hours each week.

Experience: I currently work with a variety of children and adults who each have differing levels of ability. I completed my English Language & Literature degree at Brighton University and I then went on to gain a Cambridge CELTA qualification. Having completed this course I relocated to Italy for 8 months where I was teaching English to children aged between 4-16. I also work with students studying for exams, businessmen needing to learn English for their jobs and elderly residents learning a language as a hobby. I have also previously worked as a Teaching Assistant with children who had special educational needs, producing individual lesson plans and activities for each child.
