I am reading Physics at Oxford (Wadham), in my third year, and have 6 years of teaching experience.
I attended St Paul`s Girls` School, have 11A stars at GCSE, 3 A stars in Maths, Chemistry and Physics A-levels and an A in Further Maths A-level.
I have a lot of experience working with children from the ages of 8 to 18 and I find teaching very rewarding. I have been employed as a sailing instructor for 4 years (including 3 months as Sailing Director in Michigan at the oldest summer camp in the world) and have worked with children in schools and in many tutoring sessions over the past few years.
I aim to not only work through specific problems and topics with my students but also to help develop the kind of skills that will enhance their own independent learning for the rest of their academic careers.
