Information about Adam-lucas

I`m an experienced English tutor with a masters degree in Journalism.
At undergraduate level I read Communications with Marketing and have previously lived and taught in both Nepal and Uganda.

I spent 3 years working in journalism. This included making documentaries for BBC television, writing news for local radio stations and screenplays for comedy and drama series.

My lessons are fun, friendly and professional.
My aim is for students to enjoy learning and get good results.

Over the past 4 years I have worked for various UK Universities helping international students to secure places on degree programmes. This involves a lot of travel to visit students at international schools in Central Asia, the Middle East, Africa as well as East and South-East Asia. While ensuring that students meet the English language requirements I`m also able to assist with writing personal statements and the application process.

I`m also a keen runner and regularly run marathons while on my travels.
