Thank you for your feedback.

I am surprised by your comments especially considering that I tried to be flexible with both payment and the style of tutoring. Based on the positive feedback I have received from other students I believe my style works for many people. In relation to the price I believe my rates are competitive and I regularly carry out checks to ensure my tutees are receiving the best possible value, however clearly each person has the choice to select a tutor who better meets their price range. I must say that after we spoke and you highlighted your financial position I did reduce the lesson fee to be as supportive as I could.

Of course it is disappointing that you feel my style did not work for you, I am always happy to take on board constructive feedback and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this with (you have my details if you’d be happy to share more details). I pride myself on tailoring my approach to meet each tutees needs, working on a specific learning plan to meet the individuals needs. However, I do expect for the tutee to be engaged and turn up to lessons prepared and with a commitment to learn, perhaps our styles did not gel in this regards.
