Information about Adisa
My name is Adisa. I am a student in the second year at The Faculty of Philosophy in Sarajevo.
I study Arabic language and literature along with French language and literature. I am a hardworking, motivated, energetic and qualified freelance tutor, translator and copywriter with three years of experience. I have worked with various types of students ranging from preschool to adult students.
I am a kind and patient tutor who is willing to share knowledge with everyone and help students improve their language, conversation and grammar-wise skills. My lessons are directed at everyone who wants to learn Bosnian, Arabic, English,
French, Croatian and Serbian. I would also add that I am an ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented with. I have excellent communication skills, enabling me to effectively communicate with a wide range of people.
Willing to travel: 50 miles
Experience: During lessons that I teach to my students, communication and effectiveness is crucial.
Communication helps me learn about students` needs, their language level and preferences,
which helps me prepare for an upcoming lesson adequately. During the first/trial lesson,
I prepare several tests to evaluate my students` knowledge. That helps me prepare material, exercises, homework before
the following lesson. I organize and divide my classes into two parts:
Grammar lessons - that are composed of a theory-related session and a practical part.
During the practical part, I prepare online exercises which help my students put all the theory they have previously
acquired into practice.
Conversation and vocabulary lessons - I provide high-quality material
(books, texts, questionnaires) to my students. We read and analyze texts thoroughly,
extract and memorize unknown words from the texts, and then we discuss it.
