I am in Manchester to improve my Language. My IELTS score is 7, so I don`t need lessons, I need a teacher to talk with to improve my speaking. As it is only practice, it is not necessary to be high qualified teacher, being a native speaker is enough. Low rate is an important factor because I need more hours.
