I am PhD candidate, in Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College London, with four years experience of undergraduate level teaching and maths tutoring. I am looking for clients to teach Maths (from KS3 to A Level/IB). I am able to provide online or in person tutoring and am willing to travel locally (approx 1.5 miles) to the clients address. For students who are tutored at my address, the charge is the same as the online rate.

I have a significant interest in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) subjects and am passionate about educating others in this area. I like to relate topics in these subjects to real-life examples/applications and this often helps the student`s understanding. Rather than just teaching methodologies and strategies to answer questions, I like to focus on teaching the student to master core transferable skills.

Availability: I currently have availability for new clients on Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri evenings and Sat, Sun mornings.

Willing to travel: 2 miles

Experience: I have four years experience of in person one-to-one maths tutoring and four years experience of teaching/marking at undergraduate level (Mechanical Engineering).

I am currently studying for a PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College London.
I have a First-Class Honours in Mechanical Engineering (MEng) from Imperial College London.
At A Level I achieved: Mathematics (A*), Further Mathematics (A*), Physics (A), Chemistry (A).
