I`m currently a dentist in training who holds a bachelor`s degree in Biomedical Sciences. I teach sciences from primary to A levels, including Maths for primary to GCSEs. I also provide training for 11+ exams. Studying Biomedical Sciences has helped me have a broad understanding of all sciences as I was I was required to study subjects including: Microbiology, Biochemistry and Anatomy. Studying Dental Medicine then helped me grasp a deeper concept of those sciences which gives me confidence to guarantee the best help I can provide for your child.

I have 5+ years of teaching experience. In those years I have given private tuition and classroom lessons for for a range of ages and with a lot of success. In these years of experience I have taught sciences and maths. I had a profound interest for maths from a very young age which allowed me to start teaching it during my GCSEs. Then during my A levels I further broadened my knowledge for maths by teaching different boards so I know what standard each board would require for a top grade.

Before starting, I would prefer to arrange a meeting to discuss the subject to be taught and any particular difficulties your child is having with the subject so that I could focus on those weak points. Typically my lessons will involve question solving and discussions. I will also give homework that must be completed before the next time we meet. Typically my first lesson will involve the student to answer a few questions so I can identify their weaknesses in the topic. I will then go through it with them step by step and guide them and teach them how to tackle such questions.
