Information about Timothy
I am a PhD student studying in the area of film, television, media and communication. As I have been studying I have been given the opportunity to develop my tutoring skills, receiving training aligned to the UK Professional Standards Framework. This has led to experience planning and leading undergraduate classes as well as working with students in one-to-one situations.
I have also (and continue) to work with young people in a university outreach context, primarily in workshop contexts within in the areas which I study, but also to develop the practical skills required to progress into university and flourish there.
I am a flexible and patient tutor, willing to work to within a specific curriculum, or to develop specific learning goals with tutees.
Please get in touch with any enquiries in the areas of film, television, media and communication studies, both practical and academic (this includes practical photography, film making and digital media production).
