An enthusiastic and creative English teacher with 5 years of experience at Chorlton High School.
Available Sunday - Friday at all hours for both online lessons or (preferably) in person sessions.

Now more than ever our young people need our support. I am dedicated to helping students succeed on their own terms, assessing their individual needs and tailoring lessons to meet them. Although each learner is different, you can expect your child to:

- build confidence through skill based learning
- expand and demonstrate ambitious vocabulary
- become more creative with responses and writing tasks to help them stand out from others
- build an extensive and nuanced understanding of literature texts
- express ideas with confidence and clarity
- write fluently and with technical accuracy

My speciality is AQA English Language and Literature, however I also have some experience teaching KS3. I can offer home visits at convenient times (every day except Saturday) working around family life. One on one tuition is sometimes preferred, however I can also teach small groups. Due to recent events, if you are more comfortable with your child being taught online over various platforms (Zoom, Skype, Loom etc.) I am confident I can provide a quality service remotely.
