Information about Joshua
A friendly and approachable teacher with experience of teaching to a full range of abilities.
Qualified teacher working within an outstanding, fast paced Grammar School.
Availability: I have some availability on Weekday evenings and Sunday afternoon.
Willing to travel: 3 miles
Experience: Experience teaching GCSE (AQA), Further Mathmatics GCSE (AQA), and all A-Level modules with a particular specialism in Mechanics.
Aside from teaching I am a mentor to the UK Mathematics Trust supporting especially gifted students who score highly in Olympiad (Maths Challenge) papers, thus having the potential to represent the UK in international competitions.
Taught modules/courses:
AQA, OCR and Edexcel AS/A Level Core 1-4, Mechanics 1-4 and Statistics 1-2.
AQA/MEI Further Pure A Level FP1-4.

I was so pleased to find Joshua just down the road from where we live. He helped my daughter by going over the topics, problem solving and explaining it to her so she understood. He would let me know after each session how she was doing and give homework to solidate those sessions. I would definitely recommend him.
