I am currently reading Economics at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in my final undergraduate year, and have been highly commended by professors to graduate with a high level 1st Class Honours. Prior to that, I studied at Tiffin School for seven years (entered via the 11 plus in Year 7) achieving grades within the Top 10 of my year at A-Level. I achieved 3 A*`s in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, History and 1 A in Biology. Alongside this, I achieved 9 A*`s and 2 A`s at GCSE with A*`s in English Language and Literature, Mathematics (one year early), French, Biology, Physics, Religious Studies, Latin and Ancient Greek. Aside from academia, I firmly believe in an all-rounded achieving student and aim to encourage all of my students to get further involved in areas from debating through to sports. I regularly run and gained entrance to the National Cross Country Championships at U18 level, whilst also placing emphasis on careers and where studying can take you to provide encouragement and a view to why students choose to attend school - a thought which is sometimes forgotten all too easily. I believe I am in a good position to help with UCAS Personal Statements, job applications and CV help as I currently have secured myself a full time offer to work at a leading Global Investment Bank in Investment Banking following my graduation due to securing a 2.1 with full honours, one year early.

Willing to travel: 10 miles
Experience: I am a person that likes to nurture my students and adapt to the way that specific student learns, it is important to make the "tutee" comfortable in their way of learning and not force feed them with information to the standard `textbook` way of learning. Having worked with children of ages ranging between 5 and 16 before, I know how to ensure each child reaches their full potential through varying methods based on understanding the child`s personality, teaching needs and most useful methods of learning for that particular student such as teaching history through discussion based learning where I would debate with the student to develop the `academic` argument side of writing essays which so many people neglect at A-Level and GCSE.I have taught five other students before, for subjects ranging from 11+ entrance exams to Maths and History A level, with success for every one of the pupils. Having been through the entrance exam process myself and succeeded in getting into one of the most competitive state grammar schools in the country, Tiffin School, I have a significant amount of knowledge on this topic.Contact this Tutor
