Throughout my career I have been consistently rated as an outstanding OFSTED teacher of Biology, Chemistry and Physics to GCSE and Biology and Chemistry for AS and A2 level.

I am passionate about teaching science and have a proven track record of raising attainment for my pupils. I cater my teaching and tutoring style to the needs of my pupils. I am able to help my pupils improve memory recall, revision and examination technique to improve grades.

I have over 15 years teaching experience at State, Super Selective Grammar and Independent Schools, where I specialise in raising achievement and improving grades. My most results for GCSE and A level both exceeded the school averages with 100% of my students achieving 7-9 at GCSE. My most recent A level tutees all gained places at Russell group universities to read Medicine, Veterinary science, Dentistry, Physiotherapy and various other disciplines.

I have taught AQA and Edexcel syllabus for Biology, Chemistry and physics at GCSE and iGCSE.

I have moderated for Chemistry, Biology and Physics required practicals, alongside A level biology.

I currently tutor the GCSE syllabus to level 9 for Biology, Chemistry and Physics alongside A level Biology and Chemistry. I have experience of tutoring Edexcel, AQA and OCR syllabi ( GCSE, iGCSE and A level)

I am patient, understanding and have excellent subject knowledge enabling me to provide a bespoke service to my tutees. I am able to work with students to understand examination questions, breaking down the meaning behind the command words used in questions and helping students to learnt he specific vocabulary needed to gain marks in examinations.
