I did A-level Politics, History and Classical Civilisation earning a grade of A*AA. I am currently studying a joint honours degree of History and International Relations at King`s College London. I am particularly interested in Politics, but can teach History or Classics. I am a very non-judgemental and patient tutor, being very open to the ideas of students. The last thing I would do is to centre my tutoring around memorisation of facts because success at A-Levels does not revolve around how much you remember. It revolves around whether you have an argument, have evidence to back it up, and whether you can express it or not. My aim is to get the opinions of students, discuss it, and provide them ideas which can either reinforce, or challenge their arguments. Due to this interactive method of teaching, the student will form a personal argument with the evidence to back it up and will be very likely to remember what was taught.
