I have been teaching for 15 years in secondary, primary and SEN schools. Working with children with varying academic needs from G&T, Dyslexic, Autistic and Down Syndrome.
I am training as a SpLD specialist teacher and am able to develop personalised English and Maths lessons to meet your child`s individual learning style. All lessons are differentiated using multisensory teaching strategies, that will engage and ensure your child retains the information required.
I also teach Computer Science and have been a Moderator for the OCR exam board, so I am familiar with the exam board requirements.
My role as a 6th form Senior Tutor in charge of intervention has required me to devise revision programmes for underperforming students. I have also been responsible for setting up strategies to increase attainment for a cohort of 300 students
