Hi, I`m Rebecca and I am a creative, enthusiastic and passionate qualified teacher, who is dedicated to helping children reach their full potential in all areas of the UK National Curriculum. I have worked alongside many children, and supported both their academic achievement, and their physical and mental wellbeing. I create strong relationships with the children I support and love seeing them make progress in all areas.
I have experience in Year 1 and Early Years, supporting children with their reading, writing, phonics, and Mathematics as I am a Maths Mastery Specialist. I also have a strong background in English Literature, and am able to support and tutor older students undertaking English A-Level of GCSE.
Availability: I am available weekdays after school and evenings, and there is potential for weekends.

Experience: I am qualified teacher, having earned my Qualified Teaching Status after completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Primary Education with Mathematics Specialism, earning a Distinction. I have also received, a first class joint honours degree in Classical and Archaeological Studies and Comparative Literature from the University of Kent.
I specialise in KS1 and Early Years, and have taught both year 1 and reception. I have a clear understanding of the UK National curriculum and the end of key stage requirements. I have also taught the national year 1 phonics screening. I am also fully qualified to teach KS2 .
