Information about Aran

I am a first class engineering graduate from the University of Cambridge and a professional software developer. I achieved straight A*s at A level (99% in maths, 100% in further maths, 99% in fine art, and 98% in physics) as well as a gold award (top 150 nationally) in the national physics olympiad.
I achieved first class honours in every year at Cambridge.

Availability: I have slots available on some weekday evenings and on the weekend.

All sessions are online.

Experience: I currently have 4 tutees who I work with at least once a week, focusing on maths and physics at A level and University admissions. I`ve worked with over 20 students since graduating in 2020, providing full courses of tuition targeting a range of abilities, and have previous experience tutoring during University vacations. I have a speciality in the Oxbridge engineering admissions process and its tests (ENGAA/PAT).

I`ve had Aran as my tutor for around a month now teaching me A Level Maths and Further Maths. Even in this short time, my problem-solving skill in Maths has greatly advanced. Aran is friendly and very knowledgeable teaching lessons in great depth and detail, always willing to answer any questions without judgement. Aran is a top tutor and if you want to see improvement in either Maths or Physics I would highly recommend him.

Aran was super helpful when I was preparing for my PAT exam. Not only did he help explain complex university level topics in a concise and interesting way, he gave me tips on exam technique and preparation. Was always willing to spend an extra 5 mins at the end of class to ensure I properly understood. Would highly recommend for A level or entrance exam tuition.
