I am an assistant headteacher, who specialises in maths. I work at a very successful School in the Slough area.

My approach to private tutoring is dependent on the individual pupil`s personality and needs. I work to boost a pupil`s confidence in their own abilities which builds strong foundations for future learning.

I will structure sessions around the individual child`s needs and will liaise with parents and, if possible, teachers to ensure the learning relevant and worthwhile.

I offer a free first session to structure sessions going forward.

Experience: I have been a qualified primary school teacher for over 6 years now. I have taught in KS2 in Years 4,5 and 6. As part of my new role, I am teaching a group of Y6 children for writing (grammar) and maths. Maths is my specialism however, I enjoy teaching grammar too.
