My name is Caitlin and I have been tutoring for four years. I am a graduate of Queens` College, University of Cambridge, where I obtained a 2.i in English Literature. I also have a MA from UCL in Early Modern Studies (Renaissance History and Literature) where I graduated with Distinction. I currently work as an Account Manager in a digital marketing company.

I believe in encouraging my tutees to engage with the texts/period of history that they are studying, so that they become truly interested, instead of just rote learning in order to pass an exam.

I also try to help my younger tutees give the best possible effort they can in every piece of homework and every project, to give them a real sense of achievement in their work.

I have proven experience in helping my students towards their desired grades, but I also aim to help develop their confidence in their writing and opinions - the more confident a student is, the better their work will be!

As well as school tuition, I am also available for Personal Statement writing and university interview preparation (including Oxbridge). I am open to enquiries about degree level English Literature tuition.
