Hi, my name is May, and I teach classical piano lessons for beginners to intermediates. I am very passionate about music and love to spread the joy of piano playing. I graduated from Guildhall School of Music and Drama last year with first class honours.

I am hard working, patient, encouraging and would love to inspire and help you (or your child) on your musical journey. I will tailor lessons to suit the individual needs of a student (happy to explore other genres of music).

Availability: I am available most week days and I am also available on weekends.

I have a piano in my house where I can give lessons or I can come to you.

Experience: I have been working as a piano teacher for mostly children for the past four years. I also have experience working with children in a primary school in London and have experience working in a primary school in Japan supporting the music lessons.

I was taught through the Suzuki Method from the age of 4, and would love to incorporate aspects of this learning if it suits you/your child. I will plan lessons according to ability and will adapt lessons to suit you or your child`s learning process.

I have 13 GCSE`s (11A*`s and 2As) and 4 A levels (A*AAB). I worked in a hospital as a Health Care Assistant for a year. I have also tutored children English, Maths and Science in the past.
