I am a highly motivated, enthusiastic, determined and ambitious leader in Education. I consider myself to be a reflective, strategic and transformational individual. My exemplary focus of improvement and expansion is applied to strategic planning, teaching, learning and assessment at all times. Having led on numerous areas of leadership in establishments with varying demographic variables, as well as having teaching commitments, has enabled me to perfect my professional skill set in both teaching and leading at a high calibre. I am a firm believer in consistently high standards linked to individual progression which are the core elements of outstanding practice. Hence, my continuing passion in coaching and mentoring those interested in Education as well as nurturing future leaders. Being categorised as an outstanding practitioner as well as an inspirational leader, I have a track record of strategic school improvement and development. As an Educational Consultant, I have analysed current school provisions effectively, develop improvement through effective CPD and ensure impact is visible and measurable with immediate results. I am currently conducting an EdD at Liverpool Hope University where I am researching how young children are being safeguarded from potential risks of extremism and radicalisation.

Experience: I am currently a lecturer in Education Studies and Teacher Training at a well-known University in London. I have been a primary school specialist for many years and am now in the position lecture degree students who want to be the next generation of successful teachers. I have taught all year from Reception to Year 6 for many years before moving to Higher Education. I have also been an Assistant Principal of a school where I led on many school initiatives to ensure successful outcomes with all students. Also, I have worked as an Educational consultant where I have been able to advise schools with poor Ofsted gradings and how to improve their schools. Overall, my experience to date is evidence to my successful career in teaching and working with children to ensure high outcomes.
