I tutor maths, chemistry, physics, biology and general science at KS3 and GCSE (1116). I tutor chemistry to A level (1618).
I have extensive experience of working with different types of young people aged 618 in different capacities, which means I am quickly able to work out how best to communicate and connect with different students. I have a strong academic record, demonstrating and a strong grip of my subjects. I`ve worked with school teachers, so I understand the challenges they face, and therefore where students are likely to need extra input from a tutor.
I charge £30 per hour, and I offer your first hour at half price.

Ive organised and run outreach activities to inspire A level students with science.
I have a 1st class MSci honours degree in chemistry and a PhD in physical chemistry from the University of Nottingham. Ive authored 4 published research papers in top academic journals.
Ive worked developing programmes of classroom resources to support school science teachers and promote good science teaching.
