I have many years` experience teaching English in a variety of educational settings. I have led an outstanding English Department and have also been on the Senior Management Team of an outstanding secondary school. I gained Advanced Skills Teacher status in 2012 and currently work part time as an Educational Consultant whilst studying for a Masters in TESOL.

Once again, in the 2017 examinations, all my students significantly exceeded their target grades.

I am able to offer tuition in Key Stage 3, Entry Level, Functional Skills, GCSE and A Level English. I also have a breadth of expertise and experience teaching students with a range of specific learning difficulties, both children and adults, and those for whom challenging behaviour can be a barrier to progress.

Availability: I am available late afternoon / evenings during the week and can also offer weekend lessons.
