I am a first-class music graduate from King`s College London.My background is classical, for both voice and piano. I have been in choirs and am currently part of the National Champion all-female acappella group. As well as continuing my classical music journey at university, I often gig in my local area and am an independent singer-songwriter, with live performance experience.

Availability: I can do weekday evenings for school students between 4 and 8pm. For adults daytime hours are flexible, depending on location and logistics of travel. I can also tutor online via Zoom, proficiently and can provide online resources too.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: I have tutored piano for the last six years, all ages from beginner level. I can also offer vocal coaching. The exam board I use with my students is ABRSM. I can provide different styles/set-ups in a lesson, usually depending on what the student is like and what works best for the most effective use of the time. From experience, some students love structure and enjoy working through grade pieces one after the other, but others will prefer a mixed lesson (i.e. aural exercises, improvising on scales, learning chords and progressions) and also all students have different tastes about what kind of music they want to learn (pop, classical, jazz, musical theatre).
