Information about Alice
Hi, my name is Alice.
I believe that learning is subjective and it is important to find the right approach which is why one-to-one tutoring is the perfect opportunity for improved learning. I adapt my teaching style according to individual needs and learning styles to make the educational experience interactive, engaging and appropriate to the individual.
I graduated from Newcastle University in 2014 with a 1st class degree in Geography and Town Planning. I have almost 2 years experience working in Higher Education, liaising closely with students, parents and teachers in schools and colleges so I have a deep understanding of the education system and
I am currently working in business development where number crunching is a key aspect of my day to day role, which is why I believe Maths is such a fundamental skill to learn and apply early on!
Availability: Flexible for almost all evenings and some weekends when necessary.
Willing to travel: 15 miles
Experience: I have extensive experience mentoring and supporting young people with a range of abilities through their educational progression.
