Information about Safiah
I strongly believe in strengthening a child`s approach to learning, letting them see that what they may see as mistakes are in fact opportunities to develop and progress.
I want to make a real impact on children`s development, to give them the toolkits to be able to independently achieve thier academic goals. This in turn will help them become confident learners for the future whichever academic route they may take.
I am willing to offer bespoke tutoring sessions taking into account the individual needs of the student. I can tailor learning so skills are developed and consistent progress is made.

Experience: I have worked as a primary classroom teacher for over 10 + years. My wealth of experience has enabled me to enhance my own teaching skills throughout the years.
I have worked both in KS1and KS2 classes where I have been able to use a variety of teaching strategies to help children learn their phonics sounds to helping children achieve high attaining SATS results.

Unfortunately, this tutor cancelled at very short notice once we had rearranged our plans to suit her. I would give zero, but I cannot pick that option. This is because we had prepared our daughter for this session and had to let her down at the last minute.....not good for any parent. She then told us to get another tutor without any reasons. I`m frustrated as a lot of tutor advise they teach one to one at at the parental home, as indicated on their profile. Unfortunately, they actually don`t and have not been bothered to change their profile.
