Experience: I originally trained and qualified as a teacher in Queensland Australia. I then returned to England and converted the teaching qualification to the English equivalent. I have since spent 9 years in a leading secondary school teaching A Level Mathematics (all modules including further maths), GCSE Maths and GCSE Statistics.
I also have 7 years experience marking A Level examination papers for the Edexcel exam board. This includes marking the new GCSE 2017 exams graded 1-9.
I have tutored for all A Level modules, GCSE and for the 11+ maths exam.
My role within school is lead practitioner of mathematics. This involves training staff within my current school and the local area.
I am also an advisor to the Edexcel exam board, consulting on the new curriculum changes.

UPDATE: thank you Ryan, when you started tutoring Marvin Maths GCSE he was a level 6 and you helped him get to level 8. You made him love Maths so much and he has picked to do Maths at A level. Clear explainations and able to split topics into smaller chunks to simplify difficult concepts.
