Ozlem is exactly teacher I want, but have not yet booked a lesson as the clarinet I bought has been returned to Thomann in Germany with a crack in the barrel. We have communicated and will arrange a lesson when it is convenient. We both received an email from you to say we had booked a lesson. We had not. No rating to be provided as no lesson yet. But Ozlem has been very pleasant to communicate with in difficult situation.
