Experience: I have had a considerable amount experience with tutoring throughout my schooling career. During my final years of secondary school I took on the role of `paired reader` which involved aiding younger students with their reading who, in the past, found their English lessons rather challenging. My role was to not only assist the children academically but also to encourage them to be more socially confident. Moreover, as I am studying A level Media Studies I am also beginning to teach some GCSE Media Studies lessons I attend a school sixth form which allows me to teach year 11 (GCSE) school students. Due to my prior knowledge of GCSE Media Studies I am able to help the younger students meet the best possible grades.

It is also highly notable that I have a large involvement in assisting my younger sibling with her homework tasks. I help her with basic numeracy and literacy. From this, I have been able to gain an understanding of the teaching strategies in Primary schools now which provides me with some appropriate experience.
