I have worked as a Tutor and Lecture since graduating my my Law degree in 1982. My experience has been a mixture of A Level and undergraduate Law, Academic and Communication Skills, GCSE English Language including Reading and understanding, Writing well, appreciating the use of Language and its Structure; forming argument, summaries, comparisons and appropriate conclusions, in Creative and Non Fiction texts.
In Law, I regularly teach, areas of the English Legal System, Court System and Methods of ADR, Tort Law and Contract, in addition to law of Human Rights.
More generally, I cover other aspects of Law: including Employment, Consumer Law. Cyber Law and Jurisprudence.
I also teach Research Skills and consider methods of approaching Qualitative Studies.
During sessions (whether they are 1:1 or 1: many, we look through the topic and have both student and student interaction, look through examples and case studies, in addition to past papers and both paper-based and online material.
When I am not Teaching, I enjoy cruising, walking, reading, property development (in particular that of interior design), spending time with my Boxer dog and enjoying relaxation at my touring caravan which is cited not too far away.
Availability: MONDAY - THURSDAY (11.00-17.00)
