I live very close to the University and would be happy to travel within the Leeds area if required. If you have any questions for me then don`t hesitate to contact me by phone or by email - thanks very much and look forward to hearing from you!

Experience: I do not have extensive teaching experience, but I have acted as a mentor. During my second year at university, I have undertaken a mentoring role within a school in a disadvantaged area of Leeds. This was a scheme offered by the uni and I was very passionate about helping out. The role involved me seeing my mentee once a week, helping him out in the preparation for SATs by going through the practice papers he had done that week, but also being a social source in the case of any concerns or just if he needed a general chat. This is one of the most rewarding things I have ever done and this has added to my intention to do much much more.
