Being a native Chinese Mandarin speaker and educated as an English language teacher at college many years ago, while in China. I have been teaching Chinese Mandarin to English speakers as private tutor and as classroom teacher since 2008. I have helped vast numbers of children and adults to achieve their goals. I offer Chinese Mandarin classes for all ages - children to adults, individually and in group, for all levels, all goals.

I tailor lessons for different clients on their ability, age and goals, though I use textbooks as a guide. I can bring learners a fresh, enjoyable Chinese learning experience. I believe that learning a language is not only about class time - it is about being immersed into the culture and experiencing everything it has to offer. When design lessons I always try to be methodical, bring fun and get the learners engaged in an interactive way.

Experience: EMPLOYMENT HISTORY as Chinese Mandarin tutor:
I plan and teach Chinese lessons for Chinese schools and for private clients in their spare time. My pupils and clients have been enjoying lessons with me, and vice versa.

1. Since Oct 2008 I teach Mandarin as Freelance Mandarin Tutor. My clients are almost all beginners when they start. Most of them have made great progress in communication in Chinese. Some are as young as 3. Some are adults who need to learn Chinese for their work and business. Currently I have some online course clients for Business Chinese.
2. 2008 to 2010, I taught Chinese in weekend club in Welwyn Garden City.
3. 2013 to 2015, I taught Chinese to Group of Age 3-5, Group of GCSE, Group of Adults in Little Mandarin Talkers Chinese School in St. Albans.
