Hi everyone,
My name is Shin ae. You can call me Sheridan. I have studied/worked and travelled around the world since 2005. I`ve just finished MA TESOL at UCL and I am currently teaching Korean and English as a private tutor. I am very passionate about teaching language and meeting other people all over the world. The lesson will be fun and extremely informative depending upon your needs or goal. All the material will be provided to you each lesson. I can guarantee you will not regret trying my lessons! worth trying it :)

When I`m not teaching, I`m an avid traveller, having explored 25 countries and counting! My journey is far from over, and if you share this passion for travel, we have plenty to talk about. I`m also a foodie and love discussing delicious cuisines from around the world. If you`re into cooking or have some mouth-watering recommendations, I`m all ears. Feel free to enlighten me anytime!

Experience: I have worked as a language tutor for over 15 years. I started teaching in South Korea, then in the Philippines, Australia, and currently the UK teaching students of many nationalities. As a second language learner, I understand what the common challenges for learning Korean will be for others. I have a lot of experience teaching my mother tongue to people since I was a university student. Depending on the students` demands; If the goal of the student is to improve communicative competence, then the classes will focus on common phrases and conversational language with the help of different media as well as materials provided by the teacher. If they have more academic goals then the course will be enhanced further through the use of textbooks.
