Information about Amy

I am a qualified Science teacher with a degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford, and I obtained my PGCE in 2016. I have experience teaching many different exam boards and I am passionate about my subject!

Availability: I am available to teach on weekdays from 7pm onwards, or any time of day at the weekends.

Experience: I am a qualified Science teacher and obtained my PGCE in 2016. I studied Chemistry at the University of Oxford, then went on to do the Teachfirst programme teaching in an Academy for two years, followed by a year of teaching at a private international school in Spain (still English qualifications). I have since transitioned to working as a Psychologist in the NHS but I have kept up tutoring for several years ever since leaving classroom teaching.

Our daughter immediately felt at ease with Amy and has consistently mentioned how good she is at sharing her subject knowledge. Amy is providing assistance across all 3 sciences and this is working well. Really happy with the tutoring.

she has a great way of teaching my daughter Maths, since her tutoring my daughter has improved at school, and is always eager for her next lesson.
