Thanks to my academic career, I am highly trained in fluid mechanics, maths and calculus, numerics and parallel computing. Indeed, I obtained my PhD in the subject of the aircraft wings aerodynamics at City, University of London, achieving deep training in all the mentioned disciplines. I graduated in aerospace engineering at Politecnico di Milano in Italy, where I am from, and I obtained a Master of Science with first grade in aeronautical engineering specialising in aerodynamics at the same institution.

Experience: I am an experienced tutor with a flexible and effective teaching method, that I gained through years of practice with a variate audience. I am an enthusiastic tutor and my goal is to breakdown complex subjects in bits which can be simply comprehended and learnt with the use of concrete examples. I started offering private tutoring sessions in maths and calculus while I was completing my own Bachelor, almost 10 years ago. By the end of my Master of Science, I successfully helped more than 25 students of various ages and disciplines with their academic struggles. From 2016, I have been appointed as teaching assistant at City, University of London in multiple subjects: flow mechanics, mechatronics and computational fluid dynamics, to mention a few. The grown confidence with the English language, that I gained thanks to the exposure to a wide audience composed of native English students, has allowed me to offer private support to students at the engineering universities in London. So far, I offered more than 200 hours of tutoring in London obtaining a high satisfaction rate of the students I supported.

I currently offer private help in maths (A-level, Bachelor), calculus (A-level, Bachelor), fundamentals of fluid mechanics and computational fluid dynamics (Bachelor, Master), mechatronics (Bachelor), numerics and computing (MATLAB and Fortran, specifically for engineering students), basic IT skills (A-level, Bachelor, adult learner; in particular Office package, Latex, Unix-based command line) and support with Final Year Project (research method and results effectiveness) involving fluid mechanics. Due to the present circumstances (CoVid-19), I offer online sessions only, both to singular student and to small groups.
