Tamara is a first class teacher, when Tamara started teaching my daughter she was achieving "D" now after a year of tutoring my daughter is achieving B+ and we are confident that an A or A+ can be achieved over the next year.
Thanks Tamara for your dedication, focus and hard works.

Tamaras been a wonderful Tutor always investing time in supporting my career, personal development and learning. She always makes me want to learn and look at things from a fresh perspective a rare and wonderful skill. Beyond this, Tamara has a warm personality that makes others feel instantly welcomed and integrated. I am really glad to have Tamara as my Tutor as shes helped with my school work, personal statements and gone beyond her duties as a Tutor that shes a very good Tutor would highly recommend. She has helped me tremendously with everything!

Unfortunately, after an initial good feeling, Tamara has let us down badly. After 3 weeks Tamara said her job situation had changed and so decided to up her rate by 50% and then decide to pull out altogether after I agreed the increase by then citing travel issues.
Our son is very disappointed as are we as we had already been let down by one tutor and now this one.
We were very honest in our requirements from the start as in a long term assignment which Tamara was happy to take on.
A very polite an personable young lady who we liked very much which makes it all the more disappointing.

Tutors Response :
Thank you for offering the feedback, I can understand that youre disappointed. I have explained the commute was the main reason for my fee increase as it would be 2 hours door to door not 1.5 hours. I did not feel it was suitable for me to travel four hours each way.
Nevertheless, I had offered to continue with an increased rate to cover my travel costs. At no point was the raise accepted by Mr and Mrs Bowden. This meant that I never reneged on the initial offer of an increase in rates or to stop tutoring as the raise was never accepted. When Mr Bowden questioned the raise I took it as meaning he would not accept it and so I decided to stop tutoring.
It is unfortunate that my job situation changed significantly in three weeks, as it left me in a position where I had little choice but to stop tutoring clients who are so far away. My new job is a more long-term position and so going forward I do not anticipate any further changes to my circumstances.
I wish Mr and Mrs Bowden good luck in their search for a Tutor that suits their needs.
